A church buys them for everyone it gives a seat to, in a small group or not. There is no individual plan, so the way in is asking.
Study, a group tool and a journal all work better when a whole church has them, and pricing per church keeps it affordable per person.

Reading one first is worth five minutes. It is much easier to recommend something you have actually read.
